• Through Calibration we achieve the confirmation of basic accuracy, confidence of Measurement with Tractability.

• Services are also provided for Field instrument testing and calibration, Flow Transmitter, Level T transmitter, RTD's Control Valves during plant commissioning and turnaround using latest Equipment like Field Communicator, Pressure Calibrator, Temperature Calibrator, Process Calibrator, and Digital Multimeter etc.

• Acceptable Tolerances are taken as per Client's / manufacturer's specifications otherwise ± 1 least count of equipment under test is referred acceptable tolerance.

• Calibration Certificates are provided with tractability of Reference Equipment and unit of measurement to recognized International Labs.

• Reference Equipments are Calibrated from UKAS / NAMAS / NIST approved Lab. at defined intervals.

• We also report uncertainty in specified area of measurement as per our Client's requirements by using only validated methods and by assuring the quality of our calibration results.

Our Field Maintenance and Calibration management System provide inventory control, periodicity control and recall (Calibration Alert) control through state-of-the-art computer software. All instruments, once calibrated are logged on our computerized recall system, which automatically generates reports for End-Users intimating dead lines for re-calibration of the equipment. We also offer a program for training of personnel of our Clients in the field of calibration.

Set Pressure verification, Reset Pressure and Lead Tests on valves are performed using either pressurized gas or water on our Test Bench up to 3300 psi with valve flange sizes ranging up to 15 inches. These Test are performed as per API standards or Client specifications. all the measuring equipment used in the testing are traceable to International Standards. The Test Bench has appropriate NDE  and Pressure Test Certificates in accordance with ASME.
