Third Party Inspections

INSPECTEST provides Clients with reliable information through inspection carried out at manufacturers premises by technically competent and viglant teams. The services indlude:

  • Inspection at the manufacturing and / or construction / commissioning stage

  • Inspection of Equipment already in use to determine its condition

  • Pre-shipment Inspection of miscellaneous products to verify Quality as well as quantity.

  • Witnessing and verification of  Tests performed as per international standard 

 INSPECTEST has the following equipment for paint adhesion testing of pipes and vessels:

Precision Adhesion Tester (PAT) GM01

The equipment is used for the measurement of adhesion strength of paint on:

  • Tubular components

  • Vessels

  • Storage Tanks, etc.

Shut Down Inspections 

INSPECTEST has all round capabilities and experience in the fields of Inspection services required during Plant Shut Down / Annual Turn Around. We deploy trained, certified and experienced Manpower to perform:

  • Visual Inspections

  • Non Destructive Examination

  • Calibration of process control instruments

  • Control Valves Calibration 

  • Pressure Safety Valves / Pressure Relieve Valves (including minor repairs) and other routine Shut Down activities.

 

Integrity Assessment of High Temperature and High Pressure Pipes / Vessels

As plants age, Equipment and pipe operating at elevated temperatures undergo microstructural changes which can reduce original design properties and cause unexpected failures.

INSPECTEST  provides the services of Field Metallography which is used as useful tool for on site examination and evaluation of plant equipment without need to destructively cut samples from the equipment item or component. During on-site metallography micorstructural evaluation is performed.
